Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Improve Training Programs: Continuously enhance technical knowledge of processes and equipment, and improve training programs for all departments.
  • Conduct Regulatory Training: Ensure all employees receive thorough training on safety procedures, processes, and job performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: College degree preferred; high school diploma or GED equivalent with experience-equivalent required.
  • Lean Manufacturing Training: Formal training and/or experience strongly preferred.
  • Language: Ability to work in the US without company sponsorship required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
