**Job Overview:**

As a key member of our IT services division, you will play a crucial role in establishing and managing data analytics, data warehousing, and quality governance programs for government and commercial customers.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Quality Framework Establishment: Assist in designing and implementing an end-to-end process for assessing data suitability for its intended purpose.
  • Compliance Assessment: Evaluate data repositories for adherence to data governance policies and standards, using SQL queries to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Data Collection and Cleansing: Gather data from internal and external sources, proficiently performing cleansing, standardization, and quality assessment tasks.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with SMEs, data stewards, product owners, and managers to establish data quality rules and definitions aligned with departmental strategies.
  • Process Remediation: Collaborate with business users and IT partners to address identified gaps, utilizing both manual and automated solutions.
  • Continuous Monitoring: Develop processes and create reports to continually monitor data quality, recommending improvements as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in establishing and managing data analytics, data warehousing, and/or quality governance programs.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with data governance frameworks, Microsoft Power BI, relational database concepts, and data management disciplines.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact at all levels across the organization.
