Job Title: Data Analytics Specialist

The Senior Data Scientist will lead the development of advanced data management solutions for clients across the federal government. This role involves shaping the future of analytics by identifying new data sources, modeling techniques, and ways of leveraging that data.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define project scope and definition with stakeholders
• Identify potential data sources and lead collection efforts
• Develop modeling techniques to solve client problems
• Communicate results and insights to senior-level stakeholders
• Prepare written documentation and present findings to customers and colleagues

Requirements:
• 7+ years of quantitative analysis experience
• Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as R, Python, or SAS
• Experience with relational database design and applications, including SQL
• Significant experience with data management lifecycle, including data source identification, collection, cleansing, and normalizations
• Knowledge of unstructured data management techniques, including text analysis, data cleansing, data transformations, and clustering
