The Omni PGA Frisco Resort is seeking a skilled Line Cook 2 PM to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook 2 PM, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring that every dish meets our guests' expectations.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook food to order, using a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
* Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
* Stay up-to-date with menu changes and specials, and communicate with the team to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen, preferably in a similar role.
* Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on presentation and flavor.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
