CADD/GIS Technician Job Description

KO Business Solutions, a professional staffing firm in the Chicagoland area, supports the hiring needs of companies across the country. We are looking to add a CADD/GIS Technician to our team to help support field technical functions for our partner in the environmental consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with in-house staff to create clear and concise environmental figures/maps for their reports.
• Maintain an organized file structure to facilitate ease of use if others need access.
• Work within quality/budget/schedule expectations and scope-specific assignments.
• Create and/or maintain catalog of in-house GIS maps and applications for internal or industry use.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or Certification in Compute Aided Drafting and Design (CADD).
• Experience and familiarity with AutoCAD and ArcGIS Pro/Online.
• 0-2 years of professional work experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
