Trailer Technician

We are seeking a skilled General Service Technician to join our team at Midas GRANBURY 5134. As a General Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of trailer and RV maintenance services, including routine maintenance, visual safety and courtesy inspections, and repairs.
Responsibilities:- Perform routine trailer maintenance, including fluid exchanges, oil changes, and winterization.
- Conduct visual safety and courtesy inspections to ensure trailers are safe and ready for use.
- Mount, balance, and rotate tires to ensure proper fit and safety.
- Replace batteries and change bulbs and trailer plugs as needed.
- Maintain and clean shop areas to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Perform other shop maintenance items as needed.
- Entry-level technicians must have prior knowledge of trailer/RV basics.
- Knowledge of shop equipment and tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
The physical demands of this job include frequent standing and walking, communicating effectively with customers and colleagues, and safely operating a motor vehicle. The work schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with one day off during the week to promote work-life balance.
