Key Responsibilities- Resolve member inquiries and issues related to eligibility, benefits, and health services
- Compose clear and concise correspondence to answer member inquiries
- Coordinate membership changes, including primary care physician updates
- Analyze programs and connect members to appropriate resources and services
- Conduct outreach calls and activities to inform members about health plan benefits and services
- Verify member eligibility for outreach and care gap programs
- Assist with organizing and hosting quality events and participating in Community Resource Center activities
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Broad knowledge of operational systems and practices
- Bilingual in Spanish (demonstrated by successful completion of an oral language proficiency test)
- Experience with Medi-Cal enrollment guidelines, specifically Medi-Cal renewal/redetermination process
- Customer service background
- Positive attitude, flexibility, professionalism, and dependability
