Job Description

Job Summary: The Flag Football Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Flag Football Coordinator will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered.

Responsibilities:

  • Empower Volunteer Coaches: Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
  • Teach & Demonstrate Core Concepts: Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values.
  • Supervise Game Day Operations: Supervise the overall operation of designated sport on game day.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Sport-Specific Coaching Experience: Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge are required.
  • Highly Motivated Self-Starter: Highly motivated self-starters who can work independently and solve problems are required.
  • Awareness & Ability to Take Charge: Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players are required.
  • Positive Attitude & Professional Relationships: A positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships are required.
  • Varied Work Schedule: Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings is required.
