As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily retail operations of our store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide a team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise daily retail operations, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and oversee the preparation of necessary reports and paperwork by employees.
  • Maintain staffing levels, create schedules, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Ensure the store's appearance is clean and polished, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Display marketing materials and signage effectively.
  • Practice excellent customer service and utilize transactional equipment efficiently.
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and enforce security controls.
  • Analyze sales and expense information to maximize sales and net profits.
  • Receive and verify supplies and products, perform inventory duties, and train new staff members.
  • Actively resolve customer complaints and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Store Manager or Supervisor at a retail store.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have a valid, infraction-free Driver's License.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in written and oral forms.
  • Strong capability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Skilled at basic arithmetic operations and operating cash registers and other equipment.
  • Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety requirements.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills and experience planning, coordinating, and monitoring the work of others.
  • Ability to maintain logs, records, and reports.
  • Excellent experience with merchandising and displays.
  • Ability to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
  • Ability to occasionally climb a ladder and lift up to 30 pounds.
