Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize various recruitment sources, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.

• Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate qualifications and suitability for positions.

• Contact and communicate with candidates to explain job opportunities, gather information, and schedule interviews.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates through professional and courteous interactions.

• Assist senior recruiters with administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and job posting.

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the company's database.

• Participate in training programs to develop recruitment skills and industry knowledge.

• Stay updated on recruiting best practices and industry trends.

• Collaborate with senior recruiters and team members to support recruitment efforts.

• Assist with scheduling candidate interviews and coordinating logistics.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations in the recruitment process.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle candidate information with discretion. Qualifications:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Prior Recruitment or Staffing experience is a plus but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Eagerness to learn and develop recruiting skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams).
  • Professionalism and a strong work ethic.
