Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality, comprehensive nursing care to our patients in their homes. Your dedication to delivering exceptional patient care will make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality, comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
  • Active RN license in the state of Connecticut or compact license
  • Minimum 6 months RN pediatric experience (nice to have)
  • RN home health experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation to perform job duties
  • Dedication to quality patient care
