Job Title: Private Duty Nurse RN

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Job Summary:

We are looking for compassionate and experienced RNs to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one patient care in a home environment, executing physicians' prescribed plans of care, and documenting all activities and assessments in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including administration of medications, treatments, and therapies.
  • Conduct patient assessments, coordinate care, and develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Document all activities, assessments, and nursing actions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • At least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
