Job Title: Senior AI/ML Product Manager

Numerade is a venture-backed startup on a mission to revolutionize education through technology. We're seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Product Manager to spearhead and streamline our AI/ML projects.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the execution of machine learning initiatives from start to finish, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our solutions meet the highest technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate AI/ML projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project requirements.
  2. Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for AI/ML projects, allocating resources and setting project timelines.
  3. Track project progress, anticipate bottlenecks, and provide escalation management to ensure projects stay on track.
  4. Communicate project statuses, proposals, and technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with the product management team to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
  6. Ensure AI models' compliance with industry and company standards.
  7. Stay current with the latest AI/ML trends and technologies, suggesting ways to apply them to current projects.

Qualifications:

  1. 2-5 years of experience managing AI/ML projects in a startup environment.
  2. Proven track record of executing machine learning projects and deploying ML models into production.
  3. Excellent understanding of machine learning concepts, processes, and algorithms.
  4. Strong technical project management skills, including Agile methodologies.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to think strategically and analytically.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
