Job Title: Product Manager, ML Platform: Training

Netflix is seeking a highly technical Product Manager to lead the development of our Machine Learning Platform (MLP) for training. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building a comprehensive understanding of the needs of ML teams across the company and driving a roadmap of platform capabilities to accelerate ML development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a vision for machine learning training workflows at Netflix, from data acquisition to model rollout.
  • Engage with a broad set of customers to collect and document requirements, prioritizing roadmaps to meet these needs.
  • Drive execution and adoption of the ML Platform's training tools across various stakeholders.
  • Define new pathways to support Generative AI within the ML Platform.
  • Establish and follow through on regular measurement of success metrics like adoption and developer productivity.
  • Own regular communication to senior Netflix management and broad communication to ML practitioners.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in technical product management.
  • Extensive experience working and innovating on ML/AI platforms.
  • Deep understanding of ML/AI development tools, including cloud computing, ML frameworks, and orchestration systems.
  • Knowledge and experience in defining, measuring, and improving developer productivity.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to craft and drive a vision for maximum positive business impact.
  • Demonstrated initiative in clarifying ambiguous projects and driving them to completion.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences.
Compensation and Benefits:

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary, with a range of $240,000-$725,000. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including health plans, mental health support, a 401(k) retirement plan, stock option program, and more.
