Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Facilities Director to join our team at Quorum Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the functioning of our facilities, including mechanical, electrical, and fire/life safety systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the facilities department to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Oversee the maintenance of our buildings and grounds, including routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Manage contractors for facility renovation projects, including HVAC, electrical systems, and production floor arrangement.
  • Develop and implement goals and objectives for the facilities department, based on extensive experience and judgment.
  • Lead and manage the work of others, including a wide degree of creativity and latitude.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing facilities departments, including budgeting and personnel management.
  • Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within the facilities management field.
