Position: Healthcare Food Service Supervisor

As a pivotal member of the healthcare team, the Healthcare Food Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in enhancing the patient experience by ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, safety, and sanitation are met for all patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership that nurtures a collaborative team environment, fostering morale, passion, quality, and respect.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of team members.
  • Conduct daily inspections and assessments, offering coaching and guidance to team members.
  • Educate patients, families, nursing staff, and other facility personnel on nutritional requirements.
  • Coordinate and assess food service standards to guarantee patient satisfaction and nourishment.
  • Address and resolve any service issues promptly, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Implement and manage the patient ambassador program to uphold high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with department, facility, and company leadership to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in team management and customer service.

  • Willingness to relocate for advancement opportunities.
  • Preferred: Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Dietitian, or Licensed Dietitian.
