Position Overview:
The primary objective of this role is to deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the department personnel and manage assigned projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute administrative tasks to facilitate departmental operations, including processing expense requests, managing supply orders, handling mail distribution, answering telephone inquiries, and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Prepare and disseminate reports and documentation as required.
- Coordinate various projects to support department team members.
- Assist clients in addressing inquiries or issues related to services.
- Maintain the business calendar for management, ensuring timely reminders for meetings and appointments.
- Support the Mortgage Market Sales Manager in analyzing financial information, calculating debt ratios, running underwriting processes, and preparing documents for processing.
- Communicate available mortgage product options, provide interest rate quotes, accept loan applications, and request necessary follow-up documentation from clients, all under the guidance of the Mortgage Market Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with the Mortgage Market Sales Manager to facilitate the planning of sales and marketing initiatives, sales meetings, and promotional events for the designated market.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of prior administrative experience is required.
- Basic understanding of banking operations.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Proficient time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Preferred educational background includes junior college or a two-year degree.
