Human Resources Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to support our operations in Mt Holly Springs, PA and Bethune, SC.
About the Role:The successful candidate will provide HR Generalist expertise, ensuring compliance and supporting local management in implementing business strategy.
Main Responsibilities:- Recruit, onboard, and develop employees to meet organizational needs.
- Provide HR-related guidance, training, and support to management and employees.
- Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and improve HR processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
