We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Equity LifeStyle Properties. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in ensuring our resorts are clean and tidy, providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain resort offices, clubhouses, public areas, and models, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and removing trash.
  • Clean and prepare cabins and rentals for new guests, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Manage cleaning supply inventory and request refills as needed.
  • Report any maintenance concerns to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Assist the maintenance staff and other staff members as needed.
  • Drive a motorized vehicle to run errands and/or pick up supplies as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to three years of experience in a housekeeping role.
  • Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
