Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing patient flow and delivering essential services
- Handle administrative tasks and ensure information is current
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment
- Engage in effective communication with patients and the healthcare team
- Gather and track patient information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred experience of at least 1 year in a healthcare setting
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, NRCMA) is necessary
- BLS certification must be obtained within 120 days of employment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform various physical tasks as required
Work Environment:
Full-time position with day shifts available.
