Position Overview: Are you an experienced nurse practitioner (NP) seeking a fulfilling role? We invite you to consider the position of Clinical Nurse Specialist within our dedicated team. The total annual compensation can vary from $105,000 to $120,000 depending on performance, with opportunities for salary increases every quarter.

  • Delivers evidence-based medical care by assessing, planning, and evaluating patient health requirements.
  • Diagnoses and manages chronic and urgent episodic conditions, as well as minor injuries and illnesses.
  • Requests and interprets laboratory and diagnostic tests as necessary.
  • Collaborates with caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive interdisciplinary care.
  • Facilitates referrals to other healthcare providers when required.
  • Maintains up-to-date patient medical records.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid state Nurse Practitioners license.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification.
  • Active state DEA registration.
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
  • A minimum of five years of nursing experience, with at least two years as a nurse practitioner preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management abilities with responsibility for daily workflow.
  • Proficient in the use of medical instruments and equipment.
  • In-depth knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license with automobile insurance.
  • Ability to engage in moderate physical activities, such as lifting objects up to 25 lbs and standing or walking for extended periods.
