As a Loan Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assessing borrowers' business ventures, analyzing their income potential, credit worthiness, and advising them on the use of LendingOne's financial products.

This is a full-time employment opportunity working in our Headquarters office in Boca Raton, FL or our secondary office in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a consultant to borrowers, educating them on LendingOne's products and services, collecting and analyzing their assets and investments, and advising them on the advantages and disadvantages of LendingOne's financial products.
  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to promote and sell LendingOne's products and services.
  • Guide borrowers through the investment process, including counseling them on how to become qualified to do business with LendingOne.
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with LendingOne borrowers, offering excellent service, and securing repeat business.
  • Screen potential business deals to protect LendingOne's assets and those of its capital investors by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements/potential, and financials.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional consultative sales experience, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Experienced in a fast-paced inbound and outbound environment.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and persistence.
  • Prior real estate and/or lending services experience is helpful, but not necessary.
  • Strong computer skills, comfortable in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Experience building client relationships by phone.
  • Attention to detail coupled with high demands.
  • Ability to work in an office on a full-time schedule, with some flexibility with work hours to respond to company clients/customers.
