About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Technician to join our team in providing high-quality Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).

As a Behavior Therapist, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior support plans and skill acquisition programs for clients aged 2-22.

Your primary responsibilities will include working with families for effective collaboration, submitting required paperwork in a timely manner, and implementing electronic data collection.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Friendly, energetic, and enjoys working with individuals with special needs
  • Experience working with children
  • Ability to attend an initial orientation
  • Timely and organized
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively within a variety of situations
