About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Intervention Specialist, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide one-to-one Applied Behavioral Analysis services to individuals diagnosed with Autism. Your primary responsibility will be to implement individualized behavior support plans and skill acquisition programs in a variety of settings, including homes, communities, and our center.

Responsibilities
  • Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Implement individualized behavior support plans
  • Implement skill acquisition programs
  • Collect and submit required data in a timely manner

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Friendly and energetic attitude, with a passion for working with individuals with needs
  • Experience working with children
  • Ability to attend initial orientation and training sessions
  • Timely and organized, with excellent communication skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $23-$26 per hour, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as paid training, flexible scheduling, and mileage reimbursement.
