About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and ambitious Care Partner to join our team. As a Care Partner, you will provide routine care to our residents in a manner conducive to their comfort and safety. You will work closely with our Health & Wellness Director, Executive Director, and other assigned supervisors to ensure that the highest degree of quality compassionate resident care is maintained at all times.
Responsibilities- Provide routine care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist with maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents, including housekeeping and laundry duties.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge in providing high-quality care.

To be qualified for this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 months experience in an assisted living and/or memory care/dementia community. A valid CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, but not required.
You must be able to work in an environment conducive to caring for residents without posing a substantial safety or health threat to yourself or others.
