About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team. As a Care Partner, you will provide routine care to our residents in a manner that promotes their comfort and safety. You will work closely with our Health & Wellness Director, Executive Director, and other supervisors to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Provide routine care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Assist with maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents, including housekeeping and laundry duties.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in an assisted living and/or memory care/dementia community preferred.
  • Valid CPR/First Aid certification preferred, but not required.
