Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pool and Beach Attendant to join our team at MPB Hotel LLC. As a Pool and Beach Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their safety and enjoyment while using our pool and beach facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool and beach areas, including the supply of towels, seating, and equipment.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of pool equipment and facilities.
  • Assist with the maintenance of pool chemicals and equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers in English.
  • Valid certification in first aid and CPR.
  • Knowledge of pool equipment, chemicals, and maintenance (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a similar position with a hotel (preferred).
  • Ability to provide legible communication and perform basic arithmetic.
  • Ability to communicate in a second language (preferred).
  • Ability to perform job functions in an outdoor environment with exposure to sun, high temperatures, wind, and the ocean.
  • Ability to exert physical effort in transporting/handling equipment and supplies.
  • Ability to endure abundant physical movements throughout the work areas.
