About this Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to inspire and educate the next generation of dental assistants. As an Adjunct Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching college students in accordance with educational theories and techniques. You will develop discipline-related curricula, assess student learning, participate in program evaluation, and contribute to college activities. Your expertise will help maintain college and department standards, supporting the College's mission and strategic plan.

The work schedule varies according to teaching assignment, and you will have the flexibility to work with students from diverse backgrounds. This is an open continuous applicant pool, and submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or employment. Positions will be filled by the department on an as needed basis.

To be successful in this role, you must be a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) with a passion for teaching and a commitment to excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that students meet the minimum requirements, which include being a CDA with a passed Dental Assisting National Board.
