Long Term Care Nurse Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. As a CNA, you will be responsible for assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing medication reminders and helping with mobility exercises.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist patients with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Provide medication reminders and help patients manage their medication schedules
* Help patients with mobility exercises and promote independence in daily activities
* Maintain accurate records of patient care activities and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
