Job Description:

We Are Looking For: A skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a clinic physician or advanced practice provider to provide safe and efficient patient care in our clinic setting.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing patient care: Assess patients' needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Clinical skills: Administer medications, perform vital signs, and use medical equipment as needed to ensure safe and effective patient care.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
  • Experience: Hospital experience within the past 5 years preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current Kansas LPN license, Intravenous (IV) certification preferred, Basic Life Support certification from either American Red Cross CPR/AED for Health Care Provider or Basic Life Support (American Heart Association-Health Care Provider).
