Bilfinger is seeking a skilled Welder Foreman to join our team. As a Welder Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team of welders and ensuring the quality of our metal fabrication projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of welders to ensure timely completion of projects
- Inspect and test welds to ensure quality and safety standards
- Develop and implement welding procedures and techniques
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure project requirements are met
- Train and mentor junior welders to improve their skills and knowledge
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in welding and leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques and procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials
