About the Role

As a Sales Representative at Paycom Online, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of our human capital management technology products and services, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Paycom's products and services, and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales enablement, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales performance metrics, including sales targets and customer acquisition goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or sales.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a competitive environment.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
