Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Calibration Specialist to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for the initial and periodic testing, calibration, and certification of electronic and electromechanical test equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnosis, repair, and modification of test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement calibration procedures and standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing and calibration of electronic and electromechanical test equipment to ensure compliance with manufacturing and standards lab conditions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and records of calibration procedures and results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in the field of electronics calibration and test equipment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electronics engineering, physics, or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in electronics calibration, test equipment maintenance, and repair.
  • Strong understanding of electronic and electromechanical test equipment, including principles of measurement and calibration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
