Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team, responsible for coordinating and implementing nursing care for patients in our cardiac telemetry unit. This role requires a strong nursing degree, licensure in Tennessee, and various certifications such as BLS and ACLS.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing individual needs and fostering an inclusive environment
  • Assess patient conditions, evaluate responses, and modify plans of care accordingly
  • Assign staff, considering patient acuity and care requirements
  • Facilitate staff development and education
Requirements
  • Nursing degree from a college or university
  • Licensure in Tennessee
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • At least one year of pediatric in-hospital experience preferred
  • Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification within 6 months of hire

The estimated salary for this position is $ $120,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
