Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Williamson Health Medical Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care, communicate effectively with patients and families, and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

About the Role

This is a full-time float position that requires flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced medical office environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients, perform clinical procedures, and provide basic medical care under the supervision of a licensed physician.
  • Schedule tests, consultations, and referrals as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories and vital signs.
  • Counsel patients on health-related issues and provide education on self-care and wellness.
  • Order and maintain clinical supplies and pharmaceuticals, ensuring adequate stock levels and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university.
  • Licensed by the State of Tennessee.
  • One year of experience in a medical office environment, preferably in a similar role.
