Job Title: Lash Stylist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lash Stylist to join our team at The Lash Lounge. As a Lash Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality eyelash extension services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for every guest
  • Educate clients on proper lash care and recommend exclusive after-care products
  • Understand and promote our products and memberships
  • Perform high-quality eyelash extension services
  • Generate new clientele through our referral programs
  • Maintain a clean and sterile work environment
Requirements:
  • Active California Cosmetology or Esthetics license
  • 1+ years of experience as a Lash Stylist preferred but not required
  • 1+ years of experience with hand-made volume fans preferred
  • Customer service focused and loves working with clients
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work some weekends and evenings
