The Lash Lounge is a renowned salon chain specializing in semi-permanent eyelash extensions, with over 100 locations across the United States. Our mission is to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere, focusing on the health and care of our guests' natural lashes.

We are seeking a skilled Lash Stylist to join our team. As a Lash Stylist, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude. You will educate guests on proper lash care and recommend exclusive after-care products, while maintaining a clean and sterile work environment.

• Guest Experience: Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide exceptional customer service to every guest.
• Lash Education: Educate guests on proper lash care and recommend our exclusive after-care products.
• Product Knowledge: Understand and promote our products and memberships.
• Lash Services: Perform high-quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services.
• Client Acquisition: Generate new clientele through our referral programs.
• Work Environment: Maintain a clean and sterile work environment.

• Cosmetology License: Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license.
• Lash Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Lash Stylist required.
• Volume Fans: 1+ year of experience with hand-made volume fans preferred.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service focus and ability to work with clients.
• Reliability: Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
• Self-Learning: Ability to initiate self-learning and educate clients on products and services offered.
• Availability: Ability to work weekends and evenings.
