Job Summary

As a key member of our team at Acutec Precision Aerospace Inc., the Reliability Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all CNC and manufacturing equipment, as well as the company facilities and infrastructure. This role requires a strong background in maintenance and a proven track record of success in a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to minimize equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Direct the installation, maintenance, and repair of all equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a team of technicians and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor and control capital expenditures, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and CNC machinery, as well as experience with PLC ladder logic.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, as well as perform cost analysis and budgeting.
  • Extensive knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, DEP, and EPA regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience in facility maintenance, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience with hazardous waste handling and disposal.
  • Knowledge of cost analysis and budgeting, as well as ability to interpret and analyze blueprints.
  • Ability to read and interpret PLC ladder logic.
