We are seeking a skilled Senior Staff Graphics Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering Group, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, verifying, and optimizing the structure and performance of GPU hardware, drivers, features, applications, and tools.

Our engineers collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed customer needs. We prioritize innovation, quality, and efficiency in everything we do.

What We Offer

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $170,800.00 - $256,200.00 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your success at work, at home, and at play.

We also offer an annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Game Rendering, or related work experience.

Alternatively, you may hold a Master's degree in the same fields and 5+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD in the same fields and 4+ years of relevant experience.

You should also have 2+ years of work experience with one or more programming languages suitable for graphics, such as C++ or C.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 12-15 years of experience in graphics APIs including DX11/DX12/Vulkan
  • Strong C++ development skills
  • Prior development experience in implementing/supporting graphics drivers for standards like Direct3D and Vulkan
  • Experience with state-of-the-art rendering techniques, including Ray Tracing and Mesh Shading, and other DX12.2 features
  • Performance profiling experience in DirectX/Vulkan games
