Job Title: Registered Nurse ICU

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Document patient information and care plans in the electronic medical record.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 9 months of RN experience.
  • 3 years of recent ICU critical care experience with demonstrated expertise.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided).
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • NIH Stroke Scale Certificate within 3 months of hire.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
