Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Must-Have:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Job Description:
- Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit, utilizing advanced monitoring techniques and equipment effectively.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver personalized patient care, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and quality standards.
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, responding swiftly to changes in status, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and reports, communicating effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
- Two years of recent ICU nursing experience
- NIH Stroke Scale Certificate
- CCRN certification
- Experience with dialysis, SLED, or equivalent techniques
