Job Overview
Cook Children's Medical Center is seeking a skilled Child Therapy Professional to provide exceptional care to our young patients. As a member of our Psychiatry-Clinical Therapy department, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality therapy services, including individual and family therapy, cognitive supportive therapy, and crisis intervention.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices to address mental health needs
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Experience in Family, Individual, Group, and Play therapy
- Pediatric experience required
- Licensed by State of Texas: LCSW or LPC
- BLS CPR certification within 60 days of start date
- CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training within 60 days of start date

Salary and Benefits
The annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, based on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
