Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping/Utility person to join our team at The Farmstead at Medford. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residents' apartments and public spaces.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of public and common areas, including hallways, elevators, and door tracks.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of residents' apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms and windows.
  • Operate floor care equipment and assist with trash collection and cardboard removal.
  • Assist the F&B department as needed, taking food orders and serving residents.
  • Develop positive relationships with residents, peers, and the community.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Experience working in a team environment, ideally in a hospitality setting.
  • Ability to sit, stand, reach, bend, and lift up to 50lbs.
