We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Lourdes Health Network. As a Psychiatric Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and monitor psychiatric medications for outpatient clients
- Participate in patient and family teaching, promoting healthy behaviors and empowering individuals to manage their mental health
- Collaborate with center staff, physicians, and other agencies to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain high standards of professional nursing practice, adhering to evidence-based guidelines and best practices
- Provide exceptional interpersonal customer service, demonstrating a warm, friendly, and joyful demeanor
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Population Specifics: Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the ages of patients served in Medication
- Experience: Prefer a minimum of one (1) year of experience in psychiatric nursing
- Required Certification: Current RN license in WA State and current CPR card within 30 days of hire
- Other: Bilingual and/or English/Spanish-Speaking preferred, ability to work with a culturally diverse population
