The Senior Audio/Visual Engineer will be an integral part of the firm's Information Services Department, overseeing the development and maintenance of enterprise collaboration and conferencing technologies on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and support AV/VC systems in all conference spaces.
  • Provide technical assistance for all AV/VC systems across the organization.
  • Engage with vendors and internal stakeholders to conduct a comprehensive review of existing platforms. The successful candidate will evaluate current and new projects to architect, design, plan, install, upgrade, and decommission conference rooms to align with business and functional requirements.
  • Lead site installations, upgrades, and normalization of all AV and VC equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with AV vendors to ensure all devices are installed, configured, and tested according to firm standards.
  • Standardize room layouts to optimize equipment performance.
  • Conduct regular audits and maintain an inventory of all conference room data, hardware, and license management.
  • Assist with preventive maintenance visits.
  • Regularly review all AV/VC hardware and service contracts globally to ensure adequate support coverage across all locations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a large AV/VC environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of Crestron, Biamp, Zoom, and Teams.
  • Experience in designing solutions for global communication environments.
