Your Job Duties Will Include:
You will cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external clients to create lasting partnerships.
You will manage the daily operations of a service route, utilizing excellent time management skills: You will provide residential pest control and mosquito services, monitor termite bait systems, and conduct termite inspections.
You will address customer account needs both current and future.
You will prioritize consistent communication with customers.
You will collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, sales, fellow service professionals, and management to ensure exceptional customer service.
You will apply products in accordance with label standards.
You will maintain a Safety First mindset, especially when operating company equipment and vehicles.

What You Need:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
No prior experience is necessary.
A valid driver's license is required.
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-sponsored).
Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments.
Physical Demands / Working Environment:
We require a clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug screening.
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations:
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
