Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to assess pest issues and identify areas of concern
  • Develop and implement effective pest control solutions, including the use of bait boxes, traps, and monitor boards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the level of service provided
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that equipment and vehicles are in proper operating condition
  • Meet or exceed sales and service targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
  • Able to pass internal technical exams
  • Possess current Driver's License
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Present a professional appearance, including wearing an approved Arrow uniform
  • Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, depending on customer service requirements
