Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider

Job Summary:
As a key member of our team at Twin Cities Pain Clinic, the Advanced Practice Provider will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, with a focus on spine-related and chronic or acute pain management.

Responsibilities:
• Provide primary duties related to Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation care for spine-related and chronic or acute pain needs.
• Support the practice in the role of outpatient follow-up care, new patient appointments, triage of patient needs, completion of patient forms, management of implantable pain devices, therapeutic injections, and simple assessments.
• Communicate and coordinate patient care consistently and effectively with providers and colleagues.
• Design, implement, and evaluate cost-effective pain management-based programs of care as appropriate to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements:
• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant.
• Current Minnesota NP or PA licensure.
• Current board certification.
• Current DEA certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least one year of RN experience or PA experience required.

Work Environment:
The Advanced Practice Provider will work in a clinic setting, regularly standing, walking, sitting, and using hands to grasp, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee must be able to lift or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Compensation and Benefits:
Twin Cities Pain Clinic offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, 401(k), and HSA plan. The Advanced Practice Provider will have a flexible schedule, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no evenings or weekends.
