Senior Consultant

We are seeking a Head of Litigation Research and Analysis to lead our team of historians and researchers. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HAI Legal, providing expert advice to clients across various industries.

In this role, you will manage new business development, client relationships, budgets, schedules, and a team of researchers. Your ability to design and implement solutions for client-directed research questions will be essential.

Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple teams of researchers, ensuring adherence to time constraints, budgets, and quality standards.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.
• Directing research and analysis on complex legal issues, synthesizing findings into clear and actionable insights for clients.
• Supporting business development efforts, including proposal writing, client presentations, and networking activities.

Requirements:

• A Ph.D. or MA in history with expertise in research methods, or equivalent experience in a research-centric field.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience serving as a legal consultant, policy researcher, senior project manager, or historian.
• Exceptional understanding of research methodologies, databases, and resources.
• Proven project management and supervisory experience.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.

Salary:$160,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
