Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Trinity Health Of New England. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior nursing care services to patients in accordance with established R.N. job standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Contribute to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that impact patient care positively.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and family members.
  • Educate patients and family members on care being provided.
  • Understand and utilize computer-based applications, email, and standard applications such as Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication through teamwork.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited R.N. program.
  • Current Connecticut R.N. license required; CPR required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification preferred.
  • Competent in a Windows-based computer system. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Multi-tasking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required.
  • Ability to organize, analyze, and interpret clinical data. High level of dependability and accuracy required.
  • Flexibility to meet the coverage needs of the department.
  • Ability to pass drug screenings and background checks.
